Management of OpEx and CapEx budgets
Management of procurement contracts and purchase orders
Management of internal and external staff
Management of critical instrumentation (validation and calibration activities)
Facilities and energy topics management
New equipment URS production, tenders technical contribution, commissioning and qualification activities
Interface with EHS structure about health and safety topics and with QA department for cGMP topics.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of actions deriving from changes and deviations (CAPA, risk analysis documents...)
To assure technical support in developing technical/economic initiatives
To pursue and assure continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS
Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering is preferable).
6-8 years of experience, with at least 2/4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical chemistry or food/plastic field.
2 years, at least, of experience in team management
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
The candidates should be determined, proactive and highly motivated to work.
The candidate should have communication skills that allow him/her to relate at the various levels of the organization and between the various company functions.
Good standard of HSE awareness.
Team working attitude.
Leadership skills.
