Job Summary:

The Import-Export Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing the efficiency of the import and export processes. This position is responsible for coordinating with logistics service providers to ensure seamless movement of goods across borders, while ensuring strict compliance with customs regulations. The Import-Export Specialist works to enhance on-time delivery performance, supporting the timely availability of products to meet operational and customer demands. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to streamline processes for continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. FLM to generate TRs that are not in SAP in order to release the WO for CCA in OTM.
2. Urgent Payment request in SAP n.260 requests in 2024, it means n.780 submissions in SAP (for each UP in SAP we have to do n.3 submissions: one for payment, one for customs declaration booking and one for customs declaration dummy payment).
3. OTM è Fiore agent WO for n.350 proforma import and n.260 proforma export in 2024.
4. ONIT handling requests on the portal in order to get the docs signed and stamped.

Essential Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of import/export processes and international trade compliance.
• Proven ability to work effectively with logistics service providers and customs authorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Entry-level experience in a transactional role within logistics, supply chain, or trade.
• Good level of English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to work.
