1. At least two (2) years of experience in mortgage lending
2. At least two (2) years of experience as a production loan partner preferred
3. Knowledge of mortgage loan products and types of loans.
4. Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
5. Outstanding work ethic and time management skills.
6. Perform exceptionally well under pressure.
7. Possess strong oral and written communication skills
8. Ability to manage workflow

1. A bachelor's or associate degree or certification in finance, mathematics, accounting, or another equivalent field of study.
2. Previous experience with Encompass, a plus
3. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
4. Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
5. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
6. Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
7. Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business
8. Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision

1. At least one year in the business. We are willing to train the right person with the drive to learn!
2. Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
3. Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
4. Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred
5. Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
6. Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
