IT System Administrator (Vulnerability and Patch Management)
JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our IT team as a IT System Administrator (Vulnerability and Patch Management) who will be responsible for prioritizing and carrying out/coordinating vulnerability reduction actions via system and application updates and configurations, while developing the latest skills necessary to manage vulnerabilities and system currency programmatically as a Service Owner. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and security of Topcon’s IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will be adept at applying appropriate tools and methods for ensuring that IT systems and software (OS, applications) are maintained up-to-date with the latest patches and updates, identifying and applying best practices for proper system configurations, managing vulnerabilities detected through vulnerability management tools, and utilizing monitoring and reporting tools to provide status on our systems’ security.
