Reporting to: CEO & Founder
Scope: You’ll influence ~80 people across the organisation.
We are searching for a Chief of Staff who can operate as the CEO's trusted partner and force‑multiplier. Someone who transforms strategy into action, orchestrates company cadence, unblocks teams daily, and frees the founders to focus on product vision, fundraising, and market expansion. High performers in this role typically progress to a VP Operations or COO track within 18–30 months.
