About The Role – Full Stack Web Developer

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic Digital Marketing Team. Based in Indonesia, you’ll play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing Ovolo’s digital presence to create exceptional guest experiences.

As part of the team, you’ll collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to develop user-friendly web applications, ensure seamless performance, and deliver scalable solutions that align with our brand ethos.

The Gig

1. Develop and Maintain: Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure web applications to support Ovolo’s digital marketing efforts.
2. Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure web applications meet business needs.
3. Front-End Excellence: Create user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
4. Back-End Development: Build robust server-side functionality with languages like Python, Java, or Node.js, ensuring security and scalability.
5. Database Management: Handle databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and ensure seamless integration with applications.
6. Digital Integration: Implement and optimize tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Conversion API for performance tracking and marketing analytics.
7. SEO Optimization: Ensure web platforms align with SEO best practices for maximum visibility.
8. Problem-Solving: Debug, test, and upgrade software to improve functionality and performance.

About You

You’re a tech-savvy innovator with a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. You’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and love working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:

1. Experience: 2-4 years of proven website development experience, with a strong grasp of digital marketing principles.
2. Technical Skills:
3. Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
4. Proficiency in back-end languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular).
5. Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g., Apache).
6. Understanding of UI/UX principles and design.
7. Experience with analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API).
8. Knowledge of SEO best practices.
9. Mindset: Innovative, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
10. Location: Open to Indonesian citizens only.
