• Lead key engineering and product decisions
• Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
• Work within a dedicated product team
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture

• Experience on products that scaled to a large user base
• A track record of taking products from inception to traction and owning the engineering of the product
• Customer obsession: a focus on delivering the best possible user experience
• Product thinking: ability to guide product evolution and support internal teams and designers
• Speed: ability to generate ideas quickly and decide what can ship now vs. what needs more time
• Focus: ability to work in a high-growth, remote environment
• Technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI

• Swift Programming Language
• SwiftUI experience
• Experience in multithreading programming
• Experience with CI/CD infrastructure
• Experience with Fastlane
• Adherence to SOLID principles
• Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies
