• Conduct pre-sales activity to generate opportunity in the targeted segments or applications.
• Support pipeline and take ownership for the technical inquiry.
• Manage customer engagement and relationship at all levels.
• Understand customer application & systems and provide solutions as per customer needs.
• Work closely with related channels to boost product growth (OEM, SI, End User, PnB, Contractor, Services, Specifiers, etc.).
• Collaborate with V2, Offer Marketing, and GTM Leaders to develop sales strategies, sales approaches, and implement sales project plans and action plans to WIN the targeted project.
• Prepare product & technical presentations, technical documentation, compliance lists, and related documents, and work closely with the engineering team on project pre-bid specifications for consultants, contractors, and End Users.
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Internal collaboration and working with the team.

• Growth mindset, highly motivated, determined, and target-driven.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales activity is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Mechatronics, Automation (PLC, HMI), Variable Speed Drives, Software & IoT.
• Knowledge in motion & robotics systems and applications is a plus.
• Ability to understand customer applications and provide customer solutions.
• Ability to create and deliver product and technical presentations.
• Ability to create and deliver training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Open to Fresh Graduates with a Degree in Electrical, Physics, and Mechatronics.
