Strategic Maintenance Planner - CMMS & Downtime Specialist
Job summary
A leading international producer is seeking a candidate to handle various responsibilities in their Indonesian operations. The role involves research for job plans, procurement, and preparation of maintenance activities. Additionally, the candidate will maintain databases and plan repairs to ensure facility compliance with maintenance procedures. Responsibilities
- Research and compile information for job plans.
- Initiate procurement of materials required for job plans.
- Prepare detailed job plans for maintenance activities.
- Maintain custom databases to support work projects.
- Plan execution of basic repair procedures.
- Review work orders for completeness and update machinery history.
- Provide reports to maintenance leaders on work progress.
- Handle basic issues under supervision and escalate complex ones.
- Ensure CMMS-ERP Tool is utilized for planning with quality data.
- Register new equipment in CMMS database.
