Job Opportunity: Accountant (Garment Industry) – Bali

We are seeking an accountant with HR capability to join our growing team in Bali. If you have 2 years of experience in accounting, good knowledge of Indonesian Law, and an interest in the garment or fashion industry, this is a great opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, tax reports, and budgets to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct cost analysis and inventory control for raw materials, production, and finished goods.
• Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to optimize financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and payroll coordination in compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist with performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the garment or fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, Indonesian labor laws, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB).
• Experience with costing, inventory management, and payroll processing.
• Capability to handle legal compliance – Labor law adherence, contracts, and company policies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
