Develop sales strategies to achieve company's target and maximize distribution of product lines through complex distribution channels and possess the ability to analyze problems within the distribution channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade leaders and distributors, in order to create a positive impact and change to company image and business goals.
Work closely with distributors on coverage area to do sales and distribution plan and implementation.
Analyze regional and sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze changing customer needs and market trends, understand how they affect the current and future business, and respond proactively to secure long-term business performance.
Work closely with trade marketing to ensure strategic and tactical consistency; promotion effectiveness & efficiency.
Set clear performance standards and expectations based on business strategy and goals to ASMs and distributors.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
At least 10 years of working experience in FMCG, with 4 years as Senior Sales Manager.
Applicants must be willing to travel.
Deep understanding of operational sales & distribution across all channels: GT, MT, Horeca, especially Bali - Nusra Region is a must.
Good communication, data analysis, & reporting skills.
