Garment Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Garment Production Manager to oversee and streamline our apparel production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining cost efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire production process from design to delivery.
2. Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely production.
3. Manage production schedules, inventory, and budgets.
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
5. Monitor quality control and resolve production issues promptly.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years proven experience in garment or apparel production management.
2. Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
3. Must have strong network of Sewers, fabric Cutters & Pattern Makers for both in-house Garment Production & outside Production.
4. Excellent communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
