Senior Accounting & Finance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Experience as a Senior Accounting or Supervisor for a minimum of 2 years, or as an Accountant for a minimum of 4 years.
• Basic knowledge of taxes.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Strong skills in numbers and mathematics.
• Ability to work independently and effectively supervise.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing strong integrity.
• High responsibility to meet deadlines and willingness to learn.
• Honest, committed, and loyal to work.
• Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the company's financial reports, including journal transactions, analysis of financial reports, and tax data for the tax consultant.
• Controlling the company's budget, costs, and expenses.
• Processing daily transactions related to finance and accounting (including cashiering and accounts payable).
• Payroll processing and providing necessary information to the team related to salary calculations.
• Managing employee personal data related to salary, such as BPJS, holiday allowance, etc.
• Additional job responsibilities may be added after recruitment and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
