What you will be doing

As a Quantitative Junior Researcher at Kadence International (Indonesia), you will:

• Handle end-to-end quantitative research projects from proposal to report findings
• Observe and maintain project achievement progress and communication with the supporting team
• Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to the client’s business needs and specifications
• Maintain good communication with clients regarding proposals, questionnaires, reports, etc.
• Manage and handle all administrative tasks

What we are looking for

To be our Quantitative Junior Researcher, you are required to:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major (Natural sciences are preferable)
• Fresh graduate or have less than 1 year of working experience
• Familiar with quantitative research methodologies, knowledge, and techniques
• Have exceptional analytical and logical abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
