Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) Support Worker role waiting to be filled!
Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:
Position: MEAM Support Worker
Location: Rochdale
Rate: £27,500
Length: Fixed term until March 2026
Hours: 36 hours p/week, Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities include:
- Play a key role in providing specialist support and assistance to complex, hard to reach individuals as part of a changing futures partnership.
- Support individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage across the borough of Rochdale.
- Provide asset based interventions to relieve disadvantage.
- Appropriately challenge the system when it isn’t working for people.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with the cohort of beneficiaries.
Due to the nature of the service, we can only consider female applicants for this role. We also require a driver and someone with an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
