Salary: £93,087 - £103,430
Location: London
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week currently, or 40% of our time, at our London Office.

About this opportunity
Outstanding opportunity for a driven, pro-active individual to join a rapidly developing team of Markets Platform people in the Trade Execution lab! Our platform covers the entire end-to-end customer journey of traded products for the Ring Fenced and Non-Ring-fenced Bank. Our mission is to successfully develop and maintain high quality, stable software services alongside watertight risk and data control management. We strive for a platform vision of ‘Powering access to Global Markets’ through the energy and diligence of brilliant teams! We're a friendly, engaging, and hard-working lab who always have a huge amount of work to deliver! Committed to the development of our most valuable asset - our people, providing them with the necessary skills to excel and uphold our outstanding IT function.
The team has development responsibility for approximately 5 applications covering high rated critical business processes crucial to the successful trade settlement flow for the Markets business. This is a key function of the lab.
You’ll enjoy working with an energetic group of motivated people covering many applications and technologies. The role on offer is demanding but highly exciting, understanding LBG methods and controls will be very useful, and no two days will be the same, with new challenges in abundance. This will require an understanding and adherence to governance controls, planning of activities, communication and engagement across the business teams and lab constructs, and you'll be responsible for ensuring the correct processes are followed to ensure delivered products meet the quality and standards that our customers expect.
