We are currently recruiting for a leading and prestigious manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to recruit a Packer Warehouse Operative to start as soon as possible.

Reporting directly to the PAD Supervisor.
Permanent full-time position.
39 hours Monday to Friday
7.55am to 4.25pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 7.55am to 3.25pm.

1. In Press and Assembly:
1. Collect lists for packing from Supervisor.
2. Pack orders.
3. Collect lists for goods required from tent from assembly operator.
4. Collect empty trays.
5. Fill machines.
6. Empty waste bins around factory.
2. In Warehouse:
1. General packing and helping with despatching/receiving orders.
2. Cover for warehouseman when absent.
3. General warehouse duties.
4. Loading/unloading deliveries.
5. Keeping area tidy.
6. Putting away stock.
7. Using computer to control stock levels.

1. Understanding of production procedures.

4. Physical stamina and strength.
5. Good standard of spoken and written English and Maths.
6. Ensure written and verbal processes in place are followed.
7. Demonstrate a positive approach and identify potential risks and opportunities.
8. Take action in a timely manner to protect profit targets.
9. Ensure customer service exceeds expectations through proactive communication and achievement of KPI's.
10. Ensure that all assets under his/her control, fixtures, fittings, and equipment are maintained in good order.
11. Counterbalance FLT Licence required.
