We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PPC Specialist to join the established marketing team in Shrewsbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled paid search professional to take ownership of significant PPC campaigns and drive strategy.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and strategic development of our Pay-Per-Click advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads.

1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms, primarily Google Ads.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research, analysis, and expansion.
3. Create compelling ad copy and manage A/B testing initiatives to improve performance.
4. Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) against KPIs.
5. Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and spend efficiency.
6. Stay abreast of the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

1. Proven Experience: You have demonstrable, hands-on experience managing successful PPC campaigns, ideally within an agency or in-house environment.
2. Google Ads: You possess extensive and in-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform (including Search, Display, Video, Shopping). Google Ads certification is highly desirable.
3. Results-Driven: You have a track record of achieving and exceeding targets related to lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
4. Strategic Thinker: You can see the bigger picture and develop long-term PPC strategies.
5. Excellent Communicator: You can clearly articulate complex information and report on performance effectively.
6. Location: You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Shrewsbury office as this is a hybrid opportunity.
