The Role

• Greet, welcome and interact with all customers, providing assistance whenever required.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience when working on the shop floor, fitting room and / or cashier desk.
• Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand.
• Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment.

About You

• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Cash handling & POS experience a plus.
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a busy environment.
• Positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Appreciation for fashion & product.
• Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends.
