A leading global technology company in the UK is seeking a Sr. Customer Delivery Manager to manage aviation customer deployments. This role involves leading customer onboarding and ensuring regulatory compliance while working closely with airline teams and technical partners. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, strong project management abilities, and fluency in English and French. The ideal candidate will have experience with aviation connectivity systems and complex system integrations.
The Amazon Leo business operations team is looking for a Sr. Customer Delivery Manager to join our Global Enterprise Services organization, supporting our rapidly growing aviation customer base. You will serve as the primary delivery lead for commercial airlines, business aviation operators, and aircraft OEMs, deploying Amazon Leo satellite connectivity across their fleets. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end customer onboarding execution, coordinating fleet‑wide deployments and managing complex multi‑aircraft implementation projects. You will work closely with airline technical teams, Amazon Leo product/program management, AWS, partner ecosystem, and Field Service Partners to ensure successful service delivery from contract signature through operational acceptance. Your project management expertise and aviation industry knowledge will enable you to drive deployment schedules, coordinate aircraft installation activities, manage regulatory compliance requirements, and ensure mission‑critical connectivity for passenger services, crew operations, and aircraft systems. This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.
