Job summary
A leading international law firm seeks an Aviation Claims Executive to manage a portfolio of passenger claims. The role offers remote working and flexibility while engaging with a specialist aviation practice. Ideal candidates will have proven aviation claims experience and the ability to handle cases independently. Strong communication skills are essential, along with experience in litigated claims and previous exposure to aviation or commercial litigation. This is a unique opportunity to deepen expertise in aviation claims in a supportive remote environment.
Qualifications
- Experience handling litigated claims in the English courts.
- UK261 claim experience is preferred; training can be provided.
- Prior experience within aviation, insurance, or commercial litigation is essential.

- Managing a high-volume caseload of passenger aviation claims.
- Handling litigated matters before the English courts from instruction to resolution.
- Advising on liability and quantum in aviation-related disputes.
- Liaising directly with airline clients and internal stakeholders.

The Aviation Claims Executive will manage a significant portfolio of passenger claims for a high-profile airline client. This role is ideally suited to an Aviation Claims Executive seeking high‑quality aviation work within a structured remote environment.
- Managing a high‑volume caseload of passenger aviation claims
- Handling litigated matters before the English courts from instruction to resolution
- Advising on liability and quantum in aviation‑related disputes
- Liaising directly with airline clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
- Proven aviation claims experience (essential)
- Experience handling litigated claims in the English courts
- UK261 claim experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent client engagement and communication skills
The successful Aviation Claims Executive will be confident taking ownership of matters and thriving in a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment. Prior experience within aviation, insurance or commercial litigation is essential.
