For the successful Maintenance Engineer our client is offering;
- Salary of up to £39,000 per annum D.O.E
- Working on days, Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm, optional Saturdays - paid at time and half. Will be required to work afternoon shift one week per month (12 noon - 10pm).

The Role of the Maintenance Engineer;
- Maintain all production equipment to provide optimum functionality
- Urgently attend breakdowns and diagnose and repair equipment using the appropriate test equipment and tools.
- Ensure all electrical maintenance tasks are completed on time in full.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on various machinery such as steel slitting machines and steel de-coiling machines.
- Involvement in design and development of new machinery installations.
- Keep all relevant paperwork up to date

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth. For the successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer our client is offering:
- Starting salary up to £52,500 D.O.E (£42,000 basic salary + 25% Shift allowance)
- Fixed Night Shifts (Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am)

The role – Electrical Maintenance Engineer :
- Investigate all equipment failures, recommend and implement improvements
- Participate in regular reviews with the Engineering & Manufacturing team
- Integration of technology within new & existing systems
- Development/Implementation of equipment
- Fault finding on PLC based systems
- Improvement of Automotive production cells
- Reduce repeated failures and create solutions to drive continuous improvement and minimise machinery downtime
- Driving overall equipment effectiveness
- This position is 80% reactive maintenance & 20% proactive
What our client is looking for in a Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of PLC's/Fault Finding - Allen Bradley & Siemens
- Hold a BTEC or City & Guilds in a Electrical Engineering discipline
- Strong Electrical skillset
- Experience in Continuous Improvement / Carrying out improvements to a variety of equipment
- Our client is looking for somebody who understands Robotics (ABB or KUKA) IE Robot Principles
- Have experience in implementation of new products
- Understanding of Ladder Logic

For the successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer our client is offering:
- Salary of up to £45,000 D.O.E
- 3 Shift rotation - 06:00 - 3:00pm, 1:00pm - 10:00pm Mon - Fri, 7:00pm - 6:00am Mon - Thurs (1 in 5 nights)

The role – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Carry out repairs on all types of plant and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Dealing with both Mechanical & Electrical issues
- Carry out PPM schedule as planned
- Carry out installations and movement of machines and equipment
- Continuous improvement throughout the plant
- Working to agreed deadlines
- Root cause analysis & identifying ways to stop the issue reoccurring
- Liaising with Operators to understand issues
What our client is looking for in a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Experience within the food manufacturing industry - ESSENTIAL
- Candidates must be Multi Skilled
- Must be able to read and work from technical diagrams - ESSENTIAL
- City and Guilds level 3 minimum in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent - ESSENTIAL
- Experience with PLC's - ESSENTIAL
