Role Level: Senior Coordinator with future leadership potential
The Senior Care Coordinator supports the Registered Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the branch, particularly in the delivery of complex care, rota management, compliance, and digital monitoring. This is a hands‑on role where the postholder will carry out the full responsibilities of a Care Coordinator, but with additional senior duties. It is designed for someone with the ability and ambition to progress, act as a deputy when required, and provide strong operational support across the service.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, experienced in complex care coordination, confident with problem‑solving, and capable of stepping into leadership tasks when needed — while still being very active in day‑to‑day coordination work.
Full‑time, with flexibility. Occasional out‑of‑hours support may be required during service pressures.
