Senior Recruitment Consultant - FMCG Engineering Recruitment (US Expansion)

Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 basic per annum (dependant on experience) + 20% uncapped commission.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 11:00am to 8:00pm, Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity: Are you an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the FMCG engineering sector? Based in central Manchester, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional recruitment services, while working closely with a highly experienced leader in the market.

This is a 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you will be involved in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through to client management and placement.

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for FMCG engineering roles, from identifying and sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
2. Specialize in building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates within the FMCG engineering sector.
3. Play a key role in the expansion into the US market, helping to establish the brand and reputation in this new territory.
4. Work closely with a well-known, highly experienced recruiter to develop new business opportunities and enhance the recruitment process.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and ensuring the highest levels of candidate and client satisfaction.

1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally specializing in engineering or FMCG sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of the recruitment process with a track record of success in a 360 recruitment role.
3. Motivated and results-driven with a passion for providing outstanding recruitment services.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
5. Experience working in a hybrid or flexible working environment is advantageous.
