- Ensure smooth deployment and integration of software solutions.
- Managing COTS (company off the shelf) applications and Integrations
- Conduct regular system updates and monitor application performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance processes for new and existing applications.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on application functionalities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.
A successful Application Engineer should have:
