About the role:
The Organisational Development team is currently seeking a Specialist to join them based in the Perth Integrated Remote Operations Office. Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development, this role partners with Roy Hill operational, functional, and People and Culture stakeholders to manage the diagnosis, design, implementation, and evaluation of contemporary organisational development strategies, policies, projects, and initiatives to foster the optimal culture and employee experience required to deliver Roy Hill’s strategic objectives.
