Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £55k - £62k per annum

Overview:
I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting a Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Wolverhampton. The scheme comprises of 140 traditional build units with a mixture of houses and flats.

Duties:

1. Take units from superstructure through to handover.
2. Manage around 30 plots at one time.
3. Oversee the programme and manage subcontractors on site.
4. Ensure health and safety compliance.
5. Conduct weekly reporting and report into the Project Manager on site.

2. CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
