My client is a leading private Building Consultancy dedicated to delivering high-quality surveying and consultancy services to a diverse range of clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team.

What's in it for you:

The successful candidate will be part of a team of building surveyors covering projects. You will be comfortable in project management, contract administration, and building survey, and able to effectively communicate well with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Pre-acquisition building surveys
2. Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations
3. Preparation of schedules of works
4. Contract Administration
5. Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes
6. Planned maintenance programmes

1. Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
2. Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy.
3. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
4. Excellent project management and communication skills.
