Stork is recruiting for a UKAS CAT 3 Pipework Inspection Engineer based in Southampton on a permanent basis.
Annual leave: 25 + 8 Fixed Public Holiday days per annum.

Role
Stork is currently looking for a UKAS RG2 category 3 Inspection Engineer to work onshore in the Southampton region. The role will involve in-service plant inspections based on a refinery plant.

Essential Requirements and Experience
In-service inspection experience of process piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and PRVs, with knowledge of the accompanying design codes. Understanding of PSSR with experience of creating work scopes to carry out examinations of major pressure systems in accordance with the WSE.
Successful applicants must meet the UKAS definition for category 3 inspection engineers:
Category 3: Engineering Technician as defined by Engineering Council or equivalent (e.g. appropriate ONC with relevant experience, NVQ Level III) having a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a relevant discipline, of which at least one year shall have been spent working within an engineering discipline associated with the in-service inspection of pressure systems.
