About the role
We are looking for a Business Skills Coach to join our friendly team who can deliver high-quality training programmes to develop our Apprentices' knowledge, skills and behaviours for their Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programme.
Your responsibilities will include completing Apprentice learning, assessments, reviews, and completions efficiently, always aiming to exceed the quality standards set by management. You'll support every aspect of the learner journey, from preparing for the Gateway to delivering valuable, professional feedback and providing exceptional learning experiences and steadfast guidance to ensure every apprentice and learner achieves their Apprenticeship standards and qualifications successfully.
Location: You can be based anywhere in England and have the ability to work remotely, but you may need to travel occasionally to customer sites or Pearson offices.
