Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to drive financial planning
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor production costs to improve efficiency
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and industry regulations
• Assist in process improvements to enhance financial reporting and cost management
