Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes to drive financial planning
Conduct cost analysis and monitor production costs to improve efficiency
Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and industry regulations
Assist in process improvements to enhance financial reporting and cost management
