Apply4U is hiring on behalf of our client for a reliable and tech-savvy IT Support Technician. This remote position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional support to users.
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Maintain detailed logs of support issues and solutions.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of users.
- Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
Location: Remote – United Kingdom
Salary: £14 - £18 per hour (depending on experience).
