An established industry player in emergency services is seeking highly motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to join their dynamic team. Team SWASFT are seeking highly motivated ACPs with an appetite for remote assessment and driving quality to join our team within our Emergency Operations Centres. Following the successful roll out of our sessional / bank ACPs we are now looking to increase ACP cover across the full working week.
The role is designed to allow an 90/10 clinical split*, fully supporting you in developing within all four pillars of Advanced Practice with built in supporting professional activity time.
The key ambition of the role is to support SWASFT in achieving its ambitious Hear and Treat agenda whilst driving quality across the team.
Main Duties Of The Role Include:
ACPs must hold a full MSc Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent (NHSE Advanced Practice Digital Badge) and have at least 2 years recent telephone triage experience within primary care, out of hours or ambulance service. Full training and development will be provided to support you in your role.
The core shift timings are 1300-2100 and can be completed from our Emergency Operations Centres in Bristol or Exeter.
