Your Role as SENCO:
You’ll lead and coordinate the SEND strategy across the school, working closely with teachers, support staff, families, and outside specialists. You'll also contribute to whole-school leadership and help shape the school’s inclusive vision moving forward.

An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) is essential.
