What you will do:

1. Deliver a high standard OT service in designated clinical areas managing a complex caseload.
2. Employ evidence-based, client-centred principles to assess, plan, and evaluate OT interventions.
3. Ensure quality and safety standards are met, adhering to HCPC, RCOT, CQC, and Trust standards.
4. Supervise and guide the development of junior OTs, non-qualified staff, and students on placement.
5. Prioritise patient safety and wellbeing with thorough attention and care.

To succeed in this role, you must be HCPC registered with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. A car driver is preferable to facilitate travel between sites as needed.
