Venn Group have been approached by a CQC Registered Provider and would like to introduce the following positions available:

Position: Waking Night Support Worker

Location: Bury

Rate: £13.00 p/hour (PAYE inc holiday pay)

Length: 6-8 weeks initially

Hours: 36 - 45 hours p/week (10.30pm – 8.00am, including weekends)

Key Responsibilities include:

• To work in collaboration with other health care professionals both internally and externally in providing the highest standard of support possible to all the young people with mental health needs.
• To implement and adhere to the care plans and individualised risk management plans for all young people in care.
• To assist in creating a safe, clean, and secure environment to the highest standards of health and safety for all young people, relatives, and colleagues.
• To support young people to gain independence, confidence, and competence.
• To complete clearly written, accurate, contemporaneous records of involvement with young people and their families.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role you will need to have an enhanced DBS on the update service and previous experience working with vulnerable individuals with Mental Health needs.
