• Education: Graduate of an accredited OT program
• License: Current OT license in California
• Certifications: Infant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aid
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, valid driver's license with a clean record

• Knowledge of early childhood development, therapy techniques, and assistive technology
• Punctual and dependable
• Excellent customer service
• Ethical and professional conduct
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

• Conduct assessments to determine skill levels and progress
  • Determine current skill levels
  • Determine the individual's progress in meeting the outcomes outlined on the IFSP/IEP/IPP and previous assessment
  • Assist in identifying family/educators/caregiver concerns
  • Suggest ideas to be addressed in the new IFSP/IEP/IPP
• Plan and implement engaging therapy sessions
  • Train families/caregivers/teachers on techniques to help meet their individual's identified needs.
• Train families and caregivers in effective techniques
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
• Participate in meetings and in-service education
• Supervise Certified OT Assistants as needed
