A leading luxury car manufacturer in Slough offers two internship positions for Undergraduate students: an After Sales Business Analyst Intern and a Marketing Business Analyst Intern. The roles involve analyzing after-sales data, supporting marketing activities, and gaining insights into the automotive sector. We have a dedicated UK-based team (in Slough) representing all our business activities (Marketing, Sales, After-Sales, Spare Parts, Controlling, Communications) in order to deliver outstanding performance and experiences for our clients (Ferrari owners) and prospects (future clients).
Ferrari offers selected students with an outstanding academic track record an opportunity for a “gap-year” or “company placement year” to discover our business model and to contribute and learn during a 12-months period (ideally) with our team in the Ferrari Slough offices. We are currently offering two distinct positions: one as an After Sales Business Analyst Intern and one as a Marketing Business Analyst Intern.
As an After Sales Business Analyst Intern, you will work on a full range of responsibilities in our Commercial team, supervised by our After Sales Managers and our Country Manager. Your main responsibilities will include analysis of After-Sales performances across the UK Dealer network, as well as key data collection and a full understanding of the After-Sales indicators. You will understand the importance of KPIs and their commercial impact to drive business development whilst evaluating best practice initiatives within the region.
As a Marketing Business Analyst Intern you will support the team in achieving the company's expected business results through contribution in the implementation of standards, guidelines and best practices in the marketing area. In particularly, in the following activities:
And of course our team will accompany you on your induction and growth across this placement-year in order for to strengthen your professional skills.
You will ideally be an Undergraduate student available for a year in industry (gap-year or company-placement year). You study business, economics, or similar data-driven courses, and you have to date achieved excellent grades. You should also have a strong work ethic, integrity and be able to multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
Ideally you will not only have a passion for performance-cars and the automotive sector, and have gained a prior insight through internships or relevant university project assignments or similar.
Of course, you will have a solid first understanding of luxury (ideally automotive) sector, gaining clear insight on the specific expectations of our clients and prospects. Previous exposure to project responsibilities would be an asset. The role requires fluency in English (and ideally a second language).
In Ferrari we would expect you to be capable of thinking analytically, being client-oriented, highly structured and with excellent relationship- and communicative skills.
