Internal Recruiter – Multi-site. Based in Westerham, Kent. £40,000-£45,000. Hybrid working on offer.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter to join an ambitious and innovative organisation, based at their offices in Westerham. This global organisation are experts within their industry sector and have adopted a working environment where everyone is respected and valued, reflecting the diversity of their customers. They are looking for an Internal Recruiter to collaborate with the business to help deliver sourcing solutions to attract the best talent.
In line with the organisation's ambitious vision, resourcing and talent management play an integral role in its delivery and people plan. As the Internal Recruiter, you will build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand the needs of the business, and ensure the most effective and cost-efficient sourcing strategy is utilised, maximising direct hires and providing a seamless, value-added experience. You will report into the HR Manager and will complete the 360 process. You will be the first point of contact for managers in providing job creation templates, post and manage internal and external adverts, respond to applicant and website enquiries, attend interviews both virtually and face-to-face, and be a subject matter expert on the recruitment process.
In addition, you will lead regular meetings to provide an update on performance against vacancies, advise hiring managers on relevant recruitment and selection issues, and work closely with the HR team to develop and update the recruitment and onboarding policies and processes.
If you have gained significant in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment, are passionate about the candidate journey, and have a sound knowledge of executive search methodologies, this will be of great interest to my client.
