As an Aviation Broker, do you ultimately want to be running your own division and P&L within the next 3 - 5 years? Aviation Insurance Broking is your area of expertise, and you enjoy supporting your Producing Brokers with the placement of aviation business into the Lloyd's market. This role offers the opportunity to travel, build relationships with Producers, and work within a very collaborative team.
You're naturally ambitious and entrepreneurial but feel held back at your current employer due to politics and various restrictions. IDEX is proud to be heading up the search for a Senior Aviation Insurance Broker to join a top regional Lloyd's Broker in central London. Over time, you will transition into becoming the head of aviation, where you will have full autonomy to drive the growth of the division.
We are looking for an experienced Aviation Broker who would enjoy a more autonomous environment to work in. As a Senior Aviation Insurance Broker, you'll be involved in global business, results-driven, and enjoy providing solutions to your clients. Key areas you will be involved in include general aviation and aerospace, including airlines.
You'll be joining a team that has tripled in income in recent years, and as an integral part of the business, you'll be rewarded with a base salary up to £ + bonus + comprehensive benefits package, with room for negotiation depending on the individual.
There are limited restrictions on how often you need to be in the office. Some individuals come into the city once a week, while others 3 - 4 times.
You'll feel empowered, trusted, and rewarded for the value you bring to the table. As the business continues to evolve, so will your responsibilities.
If you are genuinely interested in taking your career to the next level, please reach out today. No CV required at this stage (if you have one, great), but simply...
