Working within a team of recruiters, you will have your own areas of responsibility to develop. You would be working with hospitality businesses of all sizes; the role will include copywriting, telephone screening, and face-to-face interviewing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing and managing exceptional relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
2. Take detailed client briefs and oversee fulfilment.
3. Project managing recruitment campaigns to timelines.
4. Maintaining a database ensuring follow-ups are completed regularly.

Knowledge and experience required:

1. Experience within hospitality would be beneficial.
2. Ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
3. A degree would be highly advantageous.

The company is based in Reading and is easily commutable from the surrounding areas.
