Recruitment Resourcer

KPI Recruiting is on the lookout for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and help us navigate the exciting world of Industrial, based at our Crewe Office.

Salary: £22,222.20 to £26,500 dependent on experience

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

What will day to day duties include?

1. Managing applications from job boards
2. Finding candidates on job boards and through social media
3. Answering phone calls, and transferring calls as required.
4. Emailing online registration forms or arranging face to face registrations
5. Ensuring compliance is followed
6. Organising the office diary and paperwork
7. Candidate pipelining for peak period using our online recruitment tools. Work with the experienced consultants to plan to meet the future recruitment requirements of your division.
8. Supporting all social media channels and activities.
9. Administration duties as and when required

2. Ability to manage your own time

8. Strong level of IT, administrative and organisational skills
9. Great telephone manner
