Job description

Position Overview

In this new role, you will work as an in-house recruiter of participants for Crux’s Human Factors and Usability studies. Supporting the Research Recruitment Manager, you will be proactive in sourcing participants for human factors studies, including hard-to-reach and large volume participant recruitment projects.

At Crux, we are building a best-in-class participant database which will be truly representative of the end users for the products we develop. We want to make sure that the products we develop work for as many people as possible, and place value on participant diversity to support this – including across gender, education, age, ethnicity, and disability. Typical participants recruited for our studies include patients with diagnosed illnesses and Healthcare Professionals. It is key that participants have an outstanding recruitment experience.

Crux is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and strives to develop a participant pool which reflects these same values. There will be opportunities for training and development to gain knowledge of Human Factors to support effective recruitment of participants, as well as skill sharing across different functions at Crux.
