Location: Colden Common
Salary: Up to £25,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: Full time, 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday.
Fully office based.

Job Description:
1to1 Group are excited to be expanding our team and we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to support the wider team across the different accounts of the business. We are an independent recruitment business with a fun, hardworking team, based in a beautiful office that offers free parking.

Main responsibilities will include:

1. Sourcing candidates on multiple databases
2. Create job adverts for a variety of roles
3. Answering the office calls and dealing with general enquiries
4. Engage with candidates via telephone to assess suitability to open roles
5. Interview candidates via Teams
6. Assisting with shift coverage for clients
7. Taking part in the on-call rota
8. Support the Account Managers with admin tasks when needed
9. Using internal portals to manage shifts
10. Assist with payroll as needed
11. Handling candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups
12. Engage with current clients on a weekly basis to understand service needs
13. Attend new client meetings
14. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
15. Attend and contribute to team meetings

Requirements for the role:

1. Proven customer service skills
2. Previous experience within an Administration role
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to multitask
5. Driving license (essential)
6. Self-motivated and ability to work independently
