About You:

• You will currently be working as a Recruitment Consultant within White Collar technical sectors, such as Construction, Energy, Rail, Aerospace, IT, Manufacturing, or Sustainability. We are keen to speak to people from any sector provided it is a technical discipline.
• You will be a 360 recruiter, with a proven track record building and managing your own desk. LDNY will give you the brand and support you need; it is down to you to work hard to achieve your financial and career goals.
• You will be confident building and developing your own pipeline of work.
• As an Associate Recruitment Partner, you will have a strong desire to succeed and increase your earning potential.
• You will be happy working as part of and representing an ethical, diverse business, keen to make a positive impact within the recruitment sector.
