An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic motivated individual to join our friendly Reception Team, based in the Sussex Orthopaedic Treatment Centre at The Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.
This post represents an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hardworking person to join a friendly and forward thinking team. If you are an excellent team player with a positive attitude, we would like to hear from you.
The Receptionist and SOTC Administrator role encompasses a wide variety of duties and will require the successful applicant to provide a comprehensive, efficient and accurate administrative service. The post holder will manage their own workload and act on an independent basis as required - this includes adhering to the Access Policy, Waiting Time Targets and Partial Booking.
Experience of working within the NHS is an advantage, including knowledge of PAS; however, full training will be provided. The post holder will complete an orientation period to the area in accordance with the Trust’s induction programme and will be supported in their ongoing professional development.
