Clinical Lead Nurse
40 hours per week
Days
For this post, nursing home experience is essential, with a good understanding of the PCS system, medication management, and strong leadership in order to build and manage a team. Excellent understanding of dementia and complex care, auditing, and clinical governance is required.
Other skills required:
We look for strong clinical decision-making and care planning, an understanding of CQC inspections and requirements, safeguarding and associated paperwork.
Syringe driver experience, catheterisation, blood sampling, PEG feeding, stoma care, and a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty are essential. Able to deliver quality care and mentorship to junior members of staff.
