The Hampstead Community Centre is an independent charitable organisation founded by volunteers in 1976 and overseen by a board of local trustees.
The Centre is a busy and vibrant part of the community, hosting a variety of activities including an after-school playcentre, holiday playschemes for 5-12s, under 5’s activities, over 60’s activities, classes, support groups, counselling, an outdoor food market, and events.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a valued community organisation and lead a dedicated team. If you are a proficient manager who is also hands-on, this could be the ideal role for you. You will bring strengths around working with a board, operational excellence, sound financial acumen, innovative ideas, and effective partnership-building skills.

ROLE: Centre Manager
LOCATION: London
SALARY: circa £50,000 per annum
CONTRACT: Full time, negotiable/flexible working
The Centre Manager has full responsibility for the operation of the Centre and the outdoor community market, leading a small team and reporting to the Trustees’ Management Committee.
