Skills
Little Door & Co is looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Bar Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career within a vibrant, late-night, culture-led bar group.
As Assistant Bar Manager, you will work closely with the Bar Manager to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You'll be a key presence on the Bar, leading by example, supporting the team, and helping to maintain the high standards Little Door & Co is known for.

- Leading shifts and supervising the bar team during service
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Training, coaching, and developing team members
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and wastage management
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures
- Maintaining bar standards, organization, and presentation
- Supporting rotas, staff welfare, and team morale
- Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager, Bar Supervisor, or strong Senior Bartender
