Are you an experienced Assistant Bar Manager with a passion for world-class cocktails, menu creation, and supporting a vibrant team? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our new luxury restaurant and bar opening in the heart of Knightsbridge.

About Us:

Our establishment is a high-end Levant style restaurant featuring a sophisticated bar, live music, and a lively, positive party atmosphere. With a medium-sized bar team, we pride ourselves on delivering an unparalleled dining and drinking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
2. Assist in developing and curating an innovative cocktail menu that reflects our Levant theme.
3. Help lead and train a medium-sized bar team, fostering a positive and professional environment.
4. Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining bar equipment.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
6. Aid in organizing and hosting events, enhancing the bar's reputation and customer experience.
7. Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end, luxury setting.
2. Expertise in creating world-class cocktails and a keen eye for detail.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience in menu creation and cost management.
6. Passion for live music and creating a vibrant, positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

1. Right to Work (RTW) in the UK is essential.
