The Kendo Brands Event Team Artist is a hybrid role made up of customer facing in-store retail sales and field-based travel with the responsibility for the execution of Kendo Brands events and activities in-store and Education support in Boots. Kendo events that bring brand DNA, storytelling, and product passion for KENDO Brands to life at store level across all retail distribution. The role is predominantly based within Boots but may support our other retailers. As a Brand Ambassador and inspirational coach, the Event Team Specialist will be instrumental in delivering our brands unique point of difference and driving KPI's by exceptional delivery of product knowledge, artistry skills, skincare techniques, service standards, and selling behaviors in-store supporting events and Local activities. An exciting multi-faceted role, as a brand and product expert they will be able to move seamlessly between creating activity and brand awareness and coaching and motivating the Boots BBS team; inspiring and exciting retailer employed consultants and educating and empowering customers at point of sale. The goal is to extend brand awareness, build brand love, and achieve retail sales goals through engagement and storytelling and enhancing BBS Artistry skills, retail performance, productivity, and quality of work, bringing the unique DNA of Kendo to life in our market.
Partnering with the Field Sales and Education Team, they will help identify opportunities to further promote the success of their brands through supporting events and product launches. Combining commerciality with creativity, they take responsibility for and pride in the success of their counters and the development of the teams they work with. No two days are ever the same, and the role will require travel within the UK to spread your wisdom, enthusiasm, and passion for our brands.
